The homepage and many key pages were cluttered, while outdated and irrelevant product pages added to user frustration. Visitors struggled to find what they needed, and there was no clear content prioritisation.
The project began during a period of leadership change. The interim CEO maintained a conservative, solution-based approach, but soon after, a new CEO shifted the business towards a vertical industry model. We needed to create a site that could adapt quickly to changing business priorities without a full rebuild.

Our Approach
We used a Growth-Driven Design(GDD) approach to launch an improved site quickly, then optimise it in real time based on data and business needs.
Our process included:
- Full website audit to identify high-performing pages, outdated content, and gaps
- GDD workshop to define buyer personas and map their journeys
- Roadmap creation prioritising pages that would deliver the highest impact
- HubSpot CMS build to enable ongoing optimisation and performance tracking
- Solution directory with over 200 solutions, categorised by vertical, for quick access to relevant content
