The project began during a period of leadership change. The interim CEO maintained a conservative, solution-based approach, but soon after, a new CEO shifted the business towards a vertical industry model. We needed to create a site that could adapt quickly to changing business priorities without a full rebuild.

We used a Growth-Driven Design(GDD) approach to launch an improved site quickly, then optimise it in real time based on data and business needs.
Our process included:
- Full website audit to identify high-performing pages, outdated content, and gaps
- GDD workshop to define buyer personas and map their journeys
- Roadmap creation prioritising pages that would deliver the highest impact
- HubSpot CMS build to enable ongoing optimisation and performance tracking
- Solution directory with over 200 solutions, categorised by vertical, for quick access to relevant content
The new website delivered:
- Simplified navigation for a clearer user journey
- Optimised structure that aligned with both the old and new business models
- Vertical-based content architecture ready for immediate rollout when the new CEO changed direction
- Built-in flexibility to adapt without costly redevelopment
- 200+ solutions categorised by vertical for faster access
- Significant time and cost savings during the business pivot
- Data-led optimisation to keep improving performance post-launch
- Agile design approach that kept the website aligned with evolving strategy
By blending Growth-Driven Design with a flexible, data-powered platform, we created a website that solved existing usability issues and provided the agility Procurement Australia needed during a major strategic shift. The result is a future-ready platform that evolves with the organisation’s goals and continues to deliver value long after launch.
